My husband Jeremy is lactose intolerant. I am not. I like cheese, milk is good and butter is better. Living in a lactose free world is hard, so I try to make it easier by cooking creatively for my hubby. Over the years we have also discovered that red meat, tomato based sauces, chocolate, coffee and fried foods bother his stomach. Because of this, we have adopted a diet that is free from all these things. I take regular recipes and I adapt them to suit my family. I've been doing this for the past 6 years and finally have decided to write it all here in this blog. If you are lactose sensitive, have Crohns disease or IBS, these recipes and tips will benefit you.
